Since young, I was always intrigued by what my mom did as a food technologist. She was a food scientist working in Marigold, researching on how to extend the shelf life of dairy products like milk. As I was inspired by her work, I decided to take up Food Science & Nutrition to further learn about it, in hopes that I can be a food product developer as a job.
